They're everywhere around us, but usually we choose to ignore them. They happen in space. They happen in time. They're little moments of discontinuity in our experience, but they can become portals to the greater experience of our world as illusion, as the veil, as Maya, as the collective dream; and the experience of ourselves as the dreamers. If we choose not to ignore them, but to follow them, like Alice down a cosmic rabbit hole, we might just begin to understand how it was that we got here in the first place.

I am a psychologist by profession and deal with all kinds of mentally disordered patients. I’ve cured many people suffering from depression and stress. I’ve came across many people who consciously or unconsciously talk about life after death. Some say that whatever they are experiencing in their lives right now have somewhat happened to them before. They ought to see their future and experience their past of any other era.I’ve read many psychological books but never considered any novel regarding this concern. The idea of the author on writing about ‘Déjà vu’ deserves appreciation as it is a very philosophical and critical topic. I enjoyed reading the book named The Deja Vu Experiment: A Journey to the Outer Limits of the Mind. It teaches about a different perspective of the world and how to approach it through certain ideas and comments of the well-known figures of the world. I learned many things through it which I did not know before. The relation and differences between time and space explore the reality of the world. The truth behind our existence and the importance of metaphysics are clearly explained in it through arguments. I would recommend this book to all those who want to know more about the truth behind their lives.

Good for days of thoughtfulness. An amazing book that helps us to better understand the nature of reality and our daily existence. Helps bring clarity to our interactions with the world around us and all of the living beings in it. One of my favorites! At times it may even appear as though the rapid growth of scientific knowledge has been bought at the expense of much of the wisdom which our less well-instructed forefathers could draw upon. Through my Buddhist practice I have been rewarded/challenged to study a different world view from the one in which I was raised. The author substantiates his arguments with actual proof from scientific researches undertaken across the world. I thoroughly enjoyed the questions raised here and will continue to seek answers and wisdom. I am hoping there will be a sequel.

And while it wasn't exactly what I had expected, I was also pleasantly surprised and indeed, entertained at the writing style, the anecdotes and references to things we have all experienced at one time or another. The ideas developed int his book are profound and deep. Like a good book that stays in your mind days after reading it, this book will keep you thinking and wondering about the mysteries of life, science, religion and philosophy. It's a seamless blend of science, reason, philosophy and it's told through a personal journey of self exploration. I really enjoyed this book. It's a short read, but well worth the time if you enjoy unconventional thinking and can connect the dots between scientific theory, philosophy and religion.
