This book contains detailed information about this treatment and it is very helpful to overcome all behavior disorders and to live a happy meaningful life. I tried it myself when I was battling anxiety.This book is an overview of the therapy and its benefits. It gets a little repetitive in places and I don't agree with everything the author says about it. I would rather that he stuck with the scientifically proven facts, but he did wrote some of his opinions and points There is nothing wrong with that, it is his book, but I prefer it the other way. All in all, a good book if you are interested in CBT and you want to get some simple information that is readable.

The power lies in the fact that we have reasons for the things we do and if we explore these reasons and remove the bricks from them, the entire issue quickly have a way of resolving themselves and without the drugs. The best part as this book explores is that this works for everyone. It can be applied to mood disorders or depression. The best part is that it contains the mechanisms to prevent relapse as well if you are practicing this skill daily!
