The feeling of weather comes through from cold, snowy landscapes, to chilly, windblown trees . Even the bright, glowing flames where an owl appears have you feeling the warmth.I loved her animals, especially the horse who is looking straight ahead at the reader with soulful eyes.The fanciful stories that the trees tell her in dreams are unique. This is a lovely book.
